Synopsis / Plot

A gritty but brutal drama set in the unpredictable world of prisons. Once locked in there, it’s anyone’s guess how the inmates will react to each other, the wardens, and the situations in which they have found themselves. Nor Chor carries on where “Bangkok Hilton” left off. A man is jailed in Bangkok for killing a pedestrian. Inside the jail he is asked to spy on fellow inmates. What he later learns is that many of his fellow prisoners are innocent.

Hyeon-jeong’s sister is missing and she fears for the worst. Via her sister’s cellphone, Hyeon-jeong learns that her sister stayed in a countryside vaillage. She goes to the village to find her sister and stops at the local police station for help. Because of the little evidence she has, the police refuse to offer help.

Hyeong-jeong then finds a witness who thinks she saw her missing sister near the home of an elderly man Pan-kon. When Hyeong-jeong eventually arrives at the elderly man’s home, her worst nightmares are to begin.

Late night at the high school chapel friends swear their friendship with blood and promise that they will even die together. Then one student, Eon-ju commits suicide by jumping to her death. The remaining friends are then chased by death as their promise weights heavily over them. The school is soon covered in blood.

Synopsis: Yuda (Anthony Wong) is a Chinese expatriate living in Sao Paulo, Brazil with his adopted son Kirin (Joe Odagiri). Yuda is the head of a profitable but illegal business enterprise, selling cheap counterfeit versions of popular consumer products, and Kirin is one of his right-hand men. Yuda has used his contacts with the police and the local mafia to stay one step ahead of the law, but most of his alliances are fickle and Yuda’s underground empire begins to falter when he’s betrayed by a rival and ends up in jail. Kirin steps up to take control of Yuda’s business and ruthlessly sets out to eliminate those who turned against them, but Yuda is unhappy with the violence and corruption that has come to dominate his life and won’t support Kirin when he’s back on the street.

A cab driver nicknamed “Map King” (Gordon Lam) leads a lonely existence, living out of the trunk of his cab and shunning connection with anyone. One evening, he’s asked to lead a truck driver named Pony (Julian Cheung) to the remote Moon and Sun Village – a place that only Map King knows how to get to. Map King is hesitant at first, but changes his mind when he’s paid a sizable tip. The drive is a long one, so Map King tells Pony a ghost story, about a fire that consumed a now-derelict inn at the Moon and Sun Village. The owner was a widow (Michelle Ye), who received some armed bandits as her guests on the “First 7th Night” – exactly seven days after the passing of her husband. Unaffected by Map King’s chilling tale, Pony reveals his own ghost story, and it’s curiously about the same inn, the same widow and the very same night…

The story is set about 8 months after the first movie. Genji is close to graduation at Suzuran High School, but one last matter must be settled with a rival school.

Genji (Shun Oguri) still hasn’t quite managed to unify badass haven Suzuran High School under one leader due to a decisive loss to the mysterious Linda Man.

Unfortunately his goal of local domination must be put on hold when a long-standing truce with rival high school Housen Gakuen is suddenly broken. Led by the ferocious Taiga Narumi (Kaneko Nobuaki), Housen launches an all-out assault on Suzuran, throwing the reigning toughest school in all of Japan into a state of crisis.

Waters is about seven young men who are desperate for quick money arrive at a desolate seaside bar, called Dog Days, to audition as “hosts”. This is the highly popular occupation of entertaining female patrons with smooth talk and a soothing smile while offering them drinks at “host clubs”. Although their previous jobs varied from street performer to ex-banker, they are all happy to get this dream job so easily, until they discover that the ‘manager’ has run off with their deposits! Upon seeing them so discouraged, the sympathetic bar owner offers his place for them to open up a host club by themselves. With the help of his granddaughter, Chika(who has a heart disorder),and despite the combination of their initial confusion, personal problems and a typhoon that almost blew the place down, they gradually find the true meaning of friendship, trust and love.
